Housing project EcoGreen Kanas near Prešov is economical timeless living with modern green Viessmann technologies. Our mission is to promote green living and sustainability. It is a true symbol of the combination of comfort, ecology and healthy living. Highly efficient geo-technologies in combination with technologically timeless underfloor heating and cooling (natural cooling) ensure ideal thermal comfort in your home during all seasons. PROJECT PARAMETERS
Our new building is located in the built-up suburb of Veľký Šariš - Kanaš, 10 minutes from the city of Prešov, near a forest with ideal conditions for a healthy lifestyle.
Using solar and geothermal energy, including intelligent management of ventilation and energy consumption, we have created a complex that maximizes comfort while minimizing its environmental impact.
This house not only saves the environment, but also reduces energy costs. Our eco-friendly home is ideal for those who want to reduce their carbon footprint without sacrificing comfort.

TECHNOLOGIES OF THE FUTURE
The automation system from the Austrian provider Loxone balances the supply and demand of energy every five seconds. The heart of the system is the miniserver in the technical room. For example, as soon as one of the windows or balcony doors is opened, the air recovery stops. It is also possible to control heating, cooling, setting blinds, etc. using a smartphone application, separately for each unit of the EcoGreen complex.
